THE FABRIC: All patterns are printed on 100% Belgian Linen, designed and hand screen printed in the USA.

FABRIC CARE: Though linen is know for its durability, we recommend light spot cleaning or dry clean only. Please note: Like any textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against dye-lot variations, natural wear, abrasion or fading. 

LEAD TIMES: While we are growing our inventory, please check to see if we have your fabric in stock. Fabrics that require printing will have a 5-6 week lead time and 5 yard minimum.

We will be offering pre-order opportunities periodically in order to collectively meet the 5 yard minimum. Please sign up for our email list get updates on our pre-orders. 

PRODUCTION QUALITIES: Hand screen printed imagery produces a clean, bold quality to the design leaving room for unique imperfections adding to the pieces beauty + character. Please do not mistake them for defects. No two prints are alike, making each yard uniquely one of a kind. 

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES: We ship orders 2-3 times a week. All samples are free shipping and will be sent Priority Mail. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmation will be sent shortly after shipping. If you need your item in a rush, please email us at info@caitleysymons.com and we will do our best to accommodate. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are just starting to ship overseas. Please email info@caitleysymons.com to work something out.

RETURN POLICY: Please inspect the fabric once received. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@caitleysymons.com. We will be happy to help find a solution.

Returns for naturally occurring imperfections will not be accepted. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If there are printing flaws or shipping damages, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept returns on any goods that have been cut and/or approved for production. Returns must be approved prior to return shipping; shipping costs and adjustments, such as cut fees will not be reimbursed. We print most everything to order, therefore, merchandise without normal irregularities may not be returned and is considered final sale.

For your security, please return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain a copy of your receipt.
